Respect and search for diversity is a key value of our firm.

Maite Quiñones, was a member of the Executive Committee that founded WIP for the period 2016-2019. This organization is dedicated to promote leadership and progress of women in the legal profession. During her tenure in charge of the Leadership Committee of WIP, she organized the WIP Leadership Gatherings 3.60. The Good Practices Guide published by WIP was elected as the Diversity Initiative of the Year of Latin Lawyer in 2019. Currently, Maite is member of the Consulting Committee of WIP and the Leadership Committee.

Additionally, she was invited by Women in Energy (of the Society of Petroleum Engineers), to participate as mentor in the first mentorship program for female professionals in the energy sector.

Lucía Olavarría is member of the Steering Committee of ERA Pledge, an initiative dedicated to promote efforts to achieve equal representation of women in arbitration, highlight female arbitrator´s profiles and generate more appointments of female arbitrators.
