QA Legal participated in the campaign titled “Crusade to Eliminate Bureaucratic Barriers” lead by ADEB- Association for the Elimination of Bureaucratic Barriers. This initiative aimed at eliminating illegal bureaucratic barriers established in the administrative proceedings of public entities.

QA Legal was in charge of analyzing OSIPTEL´s administrative proceedings and prepared a claim to be filed before INDECOPI´s Commission for Eliminating Bureaucratic Barriers.
