“What impassions me the most about in my professional practice is to provide efficient solutions to clients that allow them to prevent conflicts from the stage of the execution and performance of their contracts and, if they occur, to manage them in the best way, through a correct use of resources.”

At the beginning of my career, I was a trainee at the corporate area of an important law firm, where I learned about management, negotiation, and execution of contracts from a business perspective. After that, my practice has focused on advising clients in the prevention and management of disputes, mainly in arbitration disputes, in different sectors such as banking, energy, retail, TMT, among others. My experience in dispute resolution has been complemented by my experience as an arbitral assistant and by having worked with professionals from other disciplines in the development of strategies.

I have been a teaching assistant of the Acto Jurídico course at the Universidad del Pacífico and I am currently teaching assistant of the Contracts course at the same university, which has provided me with a solid knowledge of civil and corporate law.

Since 2022 I am part of the QA Legal team as an associate, specializing in commercial and investment arbitration, public, civil and competition law. My practice focuses on dispute resolution advice to clients in different matters and sectors and I also participate in the drafting of expert reports in investment arbitration and in consulting.
